With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, Annie Justina is a passionate educator and visionary leader committed to transforming the way we approach teaching and learning. Having worked closely as an academic coordinator with the IGCSE curriculum brings a vast range of knowledge & expertise to the table.
Her journey has taken her through high-impact roles such as Deputy Head of Centre and Exams Officer in a well-established Cambridge-affiliated school. Thus having the privilege of shaping academic excellence and organizational integrity at the highest levels.
She sees the need for something more than traditional classrooms and rigid systems. Thus wanted to create a space where education wasn’t just about ticking boxes, but about unlocking potential. A place where learning would be dynamic, engaging, and rooted in values. A place where children from all walks of life could grow intellectually, emotionally, and purposefully.
Her heart beats for a deeper purpose—raising a generation on fire for Christ. She believes education is not just about academic achievement, but about grounding young minds in biblical truth while equipping them to excel in the world. The mission is to cultivate students who are both spiritually anchored and intellectually prepared—trailblazers who will influence culture, lead with integrity, and bring light into every sphere they enter.
